Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking a Solar Logistics Manager to oversee the movement of deliveries between job sites, manage materials, and produce regular reporting. The role requires 100% travel across U.S. construction sites and offers a company-paid monthly trip home plus per diem.

As a Solar Logistics Superintendent, you will lead a small onsite team, coordinate carriers and suppliers, and ensure on-time shipments to multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Construction experience is required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in planning, material management, and inventory tracking.
• Willing to travel 100% and work on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics at construction sites, including shipping, laydown, inventory, and asset management.
• Conduct regular audits and reporting to prevent construction delays.
• Maintain communication with carriers and suppliers involved in shipping and delivery.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate and shipments are on-time across locations.
• Lead a small onsite logistics team and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Monitor site logistics and generate regular reports.
