Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Laborer to assist with material preparation, handling, and supply for crafts on a construction site in the United States. Responsibilities include loading, scaffolding setup, ground leveling, material mixing, and general site cleanup.

A two-year apprenticeship is required, with preference for construction experience and strong teamwork and communication skills. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, operating or assisting with power tools, and collaborating across diverse

Qualifications

• Must have completed a two (2) year apprenticeship.
• Experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, and jackhammers; forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies.
• Strong teamwork orientation; positive attitude and professional customer service skills; detail orientation; active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs.
