Power Electronics is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform start-up, commissioning and maintenance of utility-scale solar inverters across the U.S. The role requires electrical expertise, travel capability and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold Journeyman/Master Electrician licenses or an electrical engineering degree, with 2–3 years of field service experience and hands-on work on MV equipment and power electronics.

Competenze

• Journeyman or Master’s Electrician license is required.
• 2–3 years of field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience.
• Experience with solar inverters and MV equipment is preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform start-up and commissioning of solar inverters at photovoltaic plants.
• Configure and verify systems according to specifications.
• Diagnose and repair inverter faults in the field.
• Replace components such as MV transformers, switchgear, boards, fuses, and fans.
• Travel across the U.S. and be available for emergency 24/7 service as needed.
