Job summary

Power Electronics is seeking a Field Services Technician to ensure optimal performance of solar and battery inverter systems at PV plants across the U.S. You will lead start-up, commissioning, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.

This role requires an electrician license, 2–3 years field service experience, and strong problem-solving and customer-service skills. Travel and emergency support are part of the job, with company vehicle and safety training provided.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• 2–3 years field service or maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical systems knowledge and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup and commissioning of solar inverters.
• Diagnose and repair inverter faults in the field.
• Travel across the U.S. for maintenance support.
• Submit field reports and maintain inventory.
