Job summary

PureSky Energy is seeking an Interconnection Coordinator to support the engineering team through the full lifecycle of solar and energy storage projects, from utility application to PTO. You will serve as the central coordinator between the company, utilities, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of studies, agreements, and approvals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with utility interconnection processes and PowerClerk is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend utility meetings, interconnection calls, technical meetings, and project coordination meetings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and distribute meeting notes with decisions, action items, responsible parties, and due dates.
• Track utility requests, questions, comments, and required deliverables; monitor interconnection-related emails.
• Coordinate communication between Interconnection, Development, Engineering, Construction, Operations, consultants, and utilities.
• Maintain organized records of interconnection documentation and project status information; provide regular updates to the Interconnection team.
• Maintain project milestones and trackers, identify overdue or at-risk items, and escalate when needed.
• Assist with agendas, meeting minutes, status reports, and ensure commitments are tracked to completion.
• Identify process improvements and help standardize interconnection processes across the portfolio.
