Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• 1–4 years of Solar Installer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble solar panels at the job site.
• Install solar modules, panels, and support structures per PSC standards.
• Configure wiring and inspect electrical parts.
• Install batteries and accessories as needed.
• Perform routine system maintenance on modules, arrays, power conditioning equipment, safety systems.
• Measure, cut, and assemble support structures.
• Test voltages to ensure proper operation.
