Qualifications
- Previous solar, construction or military experience preferred but not required.
- Adheres to company safety policies and procedures, able to identify and report safety hazards.
- Ability to interact courteously with customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety at all times and participate in training sessions.
- Review inventory to ensure the crew truck is adequately stocked.
- Complete layout and assemble solar modules and equipment as specified.
- Apply weather sealing to roofing structures.
- Perform project clean-up to maintain a clean work environment.
