Job summary

Sunrun Installation Services Inc. seeks a hands-on Installer to join a solar installation team and support the Foreperson and Lead Installer on residential projects. You will help ensure safety, quality, and timely completion by following project plans and site rules.

You will assemble solar modules and mounting hardware, apply weather sealing, load and stock equipment, and keep the site clean. Sunrun offers PowerU tuition reimbursement, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous solar, construction or military experience preferred but not required.
• Adheres to company safety policies and procedures and identifies hazards.
• Ability to work on rooftops and in outdoor conditions, and meet due dates in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal, crew and job site safety at all times.
• Review inventory at loading dock and stock crew truck.
• Complete layout and assemble solar modules, racking, mounts and electrical equipment.
• Apply weather sealing to roofing structure and penetrations.
• Perform project clean up to maintain a clean, orderly job site.
