Job summary

Sunrun is seeking an Installer to join our residential solar installation team. You will work with the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete installations with a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality.

The starting pay ranges from $21.18 to $28.24 per hour, with opportunities for growth, a strong benefits package, and tuition assistance through PowerU. This is a full-time position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Adheres to company safety policies and procedures, and can identify/report safety hazards.
• Ability to get along with customers and coworkers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Shows ability to meet due dates and metrics in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal, crew and job site safety at all times; participate in training.
• Review inventory at loading dock to ensure the crew truck is stocked.
• Complete layout and assemble solar modules, the racking, and electrical equipment per project plan.
• Apply weather sealing to roofing structures.
• Perform project cleanup to maintain a clean work site.
