Job summary

Harvest Solar in Michigan is hiring a Solar Installer to join our Jackson field crew. You will install PV systems on commercial sites, work outdoors, and travel 3–5 days as needed. The role requires handling roofs, ladders, and construction tasks while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CDL certification (CDL permit required).
• Experience accessing and working on roofs, comfortable with heights.

Responsibilities

• Install PV systems according to design specifications and guidelines.
• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, bracing, and other temporary structures.
• Dig trenches and backfill installation sites.
• Mount solar panels and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with electricians and project managers to ensure project execution.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and report incidents.
