Job summary

Trinity Solar in Pittsburgh is seeking motivated Solar Installers to join our field team. You will install PV systems on rooftops or other structures, following design schematics, codes, and safety standards, while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include site assessment, precise layout, equipment setup, and maintaining documentation. The role is hands-on, outdoors, with opportunities for growth in one of the fastest-growing clean-energy industries in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in electrical work, roofing, or solar installation preferred (but not required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using power tools, hand tools, and basic electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to work at heights for extended periods, including climbing ladders, working on roofs, and navigating uneven surfaces.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality craftsmanship.
• Dependable work ethic and punctuality are a must.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to travel to job sites or company office, as required.

Compensation
