Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous solar, construction or military experience preferred but not required.
• Adheres to company safety policies and procedures including ability to identify and report safety hazards, and the ability to encourage others to work safely.
• Able to meet due dates and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble solar modules, mounting hardware, and electrical equipment per the project plan.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and assist with inventory checks at loading dock and on site.
• Assist Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete residential solar installation projects.
