• Previous solar, construction or military experience preferred but not required.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports hazards.
• Ability to work with customers and coworkers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal, crew and job site safety during installation.
• Review inventory on loading dock to stock crew truck.
• Assemble solar modules, racking, mounts and electrical equipment per plan.
• Apply weather sealing to roofing structures.
• Perform project cleanup and maintain a safe site.
