Job summary

Sunrun is hiring an Installer to join a residential solar installation team. You will support the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete projects on site, adhering to safety standards and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities include assembling modules and electrical components, reviewing inventory, and ensuring a clean, safe worksite. Prior solar or construction exposure is helpful, and Sunrun offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with safety policies and procedures on construction sites.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Demonstrated reliability in meeting project timelines and metrics.
• Background in solar, construction, or military environments preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal, crew, and site safety at all times and participate in trainings.
• Check inventory at loading dock to ensure crew truck is stocked.
• Layout and assemble solar modules, racking, mounts, electrical equipment and tools per plan.
• Seal roof structures and related components to protect installations.
• Clean up job site and vehicles to ensure a safe, orderly environment.
