Job summary

Trinity Solar, a national residential solar leader, is seeking an Installation Crew Leader to oversee the on-site installation of solar systems. You will blend hands-on solar work with crew leadership, guiding your team to safety, quality, and efficiency while ensuring projects meet company standards.

This field-based role requires strong communication with customers and inspectors, the ability to train and motivate the crew, and a commitment to reliability and safety.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of solar installation, electrical, or related construction experience preferred.
Clean MVR and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights, with a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in the installation of residential solar modules, racking, and equipment per NEC and safety standards.
Provide day-to-day guidance and technical expertise to the installation crew.
Document each installation with photos, diagrams, and site features.
Submit installation documentation promptly.
Communicate with customers, inspectors, and internal teams throughout projects.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite and operate company vehicles.
