Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking an Installation Crew Leader to oversee residential solar installations in Hanover, MD. This hands-on role blends field installation with crew leadership to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every project.

You will guide the crew, provide technical support, document installations, and coordinate with customers and internal teams. Requires 1-2 years solar installation or related construction, high school diploma, clean MVR, and ability to work at heights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of solar installation, electrical, or related construction experience.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the installation of residential solar modules, racking, and equipment in accordance with NEC codes, company standards, and safety best practices.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, direction, and technical expertise to the installation crew.
• Ensure thorough documentation of each installation, including photos, array and equipment diagrams, and existing site features.
• Submit required installation documentation and materials in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, inspectors, and internal teams throughout the project.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly jobsite that reflects company professionalism.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles in accordance with all policies and procedures.
• Support additional installation responsibilities and duties as assigned.
