Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with renewable incentive programs preferred.
• Ability to perform data analysis and regulatory research.
• Experience reviewing PPAs or similar contracts is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience creating reports and templates; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Incentive Program Manager in onboarding, administration, and ongoing management of solar incentive programs.
• Assist with monitoring program requirements, tracking compliance, and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external rebate authorities and program administrators.
• Help assess impact of program changes on operations and finances.
• Review PPAs and related contracts to support incentive program structuring and compliance.
• Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and process improvements.
