Job summary

The Incentive Program Analyst at SunStrong Management supports the Incentive Program Manager in onboarding, administration, and ongoing management of the Residential Solar Incentive Programs. This role assists with monitoring program requirements, tracking compliance, and maintaining accurate program documentation.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and communicates well to support internal teams and external authorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with residential solar incentive programs is preferred.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and support regulatory research.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Incentive Program Manager in onboarding, administration, and ongoing management of Residential Solar Incentive Programs.
  • Assist with monitoring program requirements, tracking compliance, and maintaining program documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external Rebate Authorities and Program Administrators.
  • Compile and analyze results data and assist teams with forecasting accuracy.
  • Help maintain incentive policies and process maps, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
