Job summary

Intelligent Green Solutions LLC, based in upstate New York, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Bainbridge office. You will guide warm, company-provided leads through the sales process for solar panel installations and heat pump systems in a consultative selling environment, educating homeowners and businesses on options, financing, and incentives.

No door-knocking or cold calls; you’ll focus on meaningful conversations with interested customers, manage your pipeline in our CRM,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside or consultative sales experience.
• Experience in solar/HVAC/home improvement is a plus, but training is provided.
• Able to explain financing plans and tax credits to customers.
• Proficient with CRM software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify company-provided leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Conduct consultative calls and video presentations to assess customer needs.
• Manage sales pipeline and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Explain pricing, financing options, tax credits, and energy savings.
• Close residential and commercial solar and heat pump deals.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth handoffs.
