Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an on-site team member to support refurbishment and rework of Solar centrifugal gas compressors. You will assist with inspections, testing, and coordination with internal teams to meet production schedules.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in manufacturing, plus experience using precision measuring equipment. This role requires a proactive, safety-conscious mindset and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2-5+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• 1-3+ years of experience using precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mid to high-level refurbishment, modification and rework of Solar centrifugal gas compressors.
• Support compressor assembly/disassembly processes, including testing to schedule.
• Provide parts logistics between warehouse, test and painting locations.
