Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources, a leading solar energy developer, is seeking a PV Solar Field Technician at an intermediate level for the Flat Fork Solar project near Brinkley, AR. The role focuses on operation and maintenance of solar PV arrays, inverters, and associated equipment to ensure safe, reliable grid power delivery.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, performing inspections, and supporting regional sites.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED.
• 1+ years experience.
• Valid driver's license (non-CDL).

Responsibilities

• Reliability engineering.
• Warranty management.
• Operation and basic maintenance.
• Electrical and power electronics troubleshooting and repairs.
• Safety and Environmental program stewardship.
• Supervisory duties of NEE employees and contractors.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
