Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a Site Technician to support the Power Generation Division, focused on solar operations at the Duane Arnold Solar site in Palo, IA. You will help operate, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot solar PV arrays, inverters, and energy storage systems to ensure safe and reliable grid power.

This role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, strong safety discipline, and the ability to coordinate with supervisors and contractors across the region.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a related role.
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL).
• Preferred: Trade School graduate or equivalent.
• Licenses: Electrician or Master Electrician preferred.
