Pearce is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for critical infrastructure across North America. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of large utility-scale solar farms, including inverters and power electronics, with full travel to sites.

You will perform O&M on solar plants, document service logs, and ensure work aligns with OSHA and NFPA 70E safety standards. A safety-first approach and field adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills with power electronics experience.
• 1–2+ years of utility-scale solar field experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely and follow OSHA/NFPA 70E requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair utility-scale solar systems including inverters and wiring.
• Perform testing such as LOTO, IV tracing, and insulation tests.
• Conduct O&M on solar plants and document results.
• Inspect completed work for quality and safety compliance.
• Enforce safety rules on-site and through the workday.
