Job summary

NextEra Energy is seeking a Solar Field Tech Leader for Dodge Flats Energy Storage in Wadsworth, NV. You will direct all battery storage operations for maintenance and repair, focusing on performance and profitability within the operating plan.

You will implement safety policies, lead Lean Six Sigma projects, recruit and develop resources, and maintain accurate reporting. Collaborate with internal NextEra users to improve maintenance and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in field operations or maintenance.
• Strong safety and environmental protocol knowledge.
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
