Job summary

Barnhart Energy Company, a sister company of Barnhart Crane and Rigging, seeks a Project Planner to join the EPC solar team. You will work with preconstruction, estimating and operations to develop and maintain project schedules.

Travel 30-50% of the time is required to support the team. You will monitor cost and schedule performance, provide forecasting to senior management, and assist with procurement of materials and equipment for projects.

Qualifications

• Scheduling experience to develop and maintain project timelines.
• Forecasting and performance metrics for project health.
• Cost control and change management awareness.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration across preconstruction and operations teams to develop and maintain project schedules (one-Team)
• Providing routine project forecasting and performance metrics to operations and senior management (full-Commitment)
• Support operations with procurements of materials and equipment for projects (true-Craftsmanship)
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate project cost and schedule performance (high-Character)
