Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Experience as a scheduler in construction, preferably solar energy projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for solar energy construction.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Monitor progress and update schedules for changes and delays.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and mitigate risks.
• Ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant parties.
• Prepare regular reports on project status and schedule adherence.
• Utilize scheduling software to manage timelines.
• Assist in resource allocation and procurement coordination.
• Maintain documentation and records related to project schedules.
• Other duties as assigned.
