Job summary

LPL Solar, a Fort Lauderdale-based self-perform solar EPC company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale solar construction projects across multiple states. You will manage budgets, schedules, risk, and stakeholder relationships, coordinating with the safety, design, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of solar construction PM experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and Sage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in Solar Construction project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with client teams and officials.
• Proficiency with MS Office, scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project), and PM/Accounting tools like Procore and Sage.

Responsibilities

• Manages solar project execution, including profit and loss management and working with trade contractors.
• Contributes to project financial tracking: approvals, requisitions, and change orders.
• Collaborates with site safety to implement and maintain the project safety program.
• Oversees quality management and design deliverable scheduling for permits and procurement.
• Monitors project performance reports for schedule, costs, and resources.
• Ensures equipment, materials, and resources are available for field operations.
• Manages risk of EPC agreement and design compliance with contract obligations.
• Leads project team, client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors relationships.
