Job summary

A leading solar project firm in Ohio is seeking a Director of Project Management to oversee project delivery of large-scale solar EPC projects. This role is accountable for schedule, budget, and client satisfaction from Notice to Proceed through to the Commercial Operation Date. Ideal candidates will have 10-15 years of experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong skills in managing EPC contracts. Regular travel and a mix of field and office work are expected.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of project management experience in utility-scale solar or large infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record managing full lifecycle EPC contracts from NTP to COD.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of on-site EPC projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and compliance with contracts.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact for project performance.
