Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; NABCEP PV Installer certification preferred.
• 1+ years hands-on experience installing or maintaining solar PV systems.
• Ability to read and interpret PV components, electrical wiring, grounding, and building code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interpret layout plans, site surveys, and blueprints to execute electrical solar installations.
• Install, wire, and commission solar electrical systems on residential and commercial sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues related to solar installations.
• Prepare, route, and connect DC and AC wiring systems in compliance with NEC and manufacturer standards.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies and maintain high safety standards.
