TradeWorX is hiring for a high-priority solar construction project in Wilcox, PA. Onsite work requires journeyman-level electrical experience and the ability to work independently on a live site, with limited laborer roles available.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level commercial, industrial, or solar electrical experience.
• Ability to perform standard electrical construction tasks with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation to the Wilcox, PA area.
• Must complete required background-check and drug-screening processes.
• Available to start quickly and commit to the expected project duration.

Responsibilities

• Perform journeyman-level electrical installation on an active solar construction site.
• Complete assigned electrical work independently and to project requirements.
• Support installation, wiring, equipment, and related solar field electrical activities.
• Read and follow applicable plans, layouts, and supervisor direction.
• Maintain safe work practices, productivity, and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with field supervision and other trades.
