Job Summary
Advanced Green Technologies (AGT) is seeking an experienced Solar Foreman to lead and support commercial solar installation projects. This hands‑on field leadership role is responsible for overseeing crew performance, ensuring job site safety, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects on time with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
The Solar Foreman will manage and lead crews of up to 10 team members, providing technical expertise, coordinating daily operations, and driving productivity across all assigned projects. This role plays a critical part in forecasting, execution, and ensuring successful project completion in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Train all Solar Installers on all aspects of the job including safety requirements.
- Develop a positive working dynamic within installation crews, ARI Co‑workers, and Subcontractors; analyze and resolve worker problems and recommend solutions.
- Organize, lead, and train crew members to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes.
- Check on progress of installers every hour throughout the installation to ensure the installation process is being performed to plan; follow Construction Job Flow Procedures.
- Ensure accuracy of your own and crew's time sheets.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
Education
- High school or equivalent.
Experience
- 3+ years of Foreman experience.
- 2 years minimum experience with Solar Installation.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Successful Pre‑Employment Drug test.
- Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs or more.
- Successful Background Check.
- NAPCEP Certified - preferred.
- Statewide travel is required.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Adaptable to new technologies and web‑based software systems.
