Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service, experience, or account management.
• Energy or solar experience not required but preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, G Suite, DocuSign and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Energy Specialist: be customer's trusted point of contact and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Proactively anticipate customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Navigate escalated issues efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Empower account management with negotiation and de-escalation to maintain trust.
• Ensure accurate, timely responses to customer questions and resolve complex issues.
• Regular account reviews to recommend products and services for ongoing solar journeys.
