Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Arlington, VA to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion. You will coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, and budget compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience and a solid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contracts. Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, costs, and resources.
• Review construction plans, drawings, contracts, and specifications.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project partners.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Coordinate inspections and resolve deficiencies and field issues.
• Track labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Review invoices and manage change orders.
• Monitor quality and schedule performance.
• Ensure materials and equipment are delivered on schedule.
• Maintain daily field reports and project documentation.
• Identify and address project risks.
• Support safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage punch lists and project closeout.
• Coordinate final inspections and required documentation.
• Communicate project updates and escalate issues when necessary.
