Job summary

National Association of Women in Construction seeks a field-based Solar Project Construction Manager to manage on-site execution across MA/RI projects, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams. You will drive daily site activities, safety, schedules, and client communications, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

You will work closely with field crews, electric and solar subcontractors, and procurement to deliver projects on time and safely, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

Strong background in active construction management with experience on construction sites; solar experience preferred.
Solid working knowledge of electrical work and coordination of electrical subcontractors.
Procore experience; familiarity with Google Drive and Worksuite for document management.

Responsibilities

Oversee on-site field execution across multiple solar projects in MA/RI, with occasional NH/CT work.
Coordinate material deliveries and sequencing with procurement; track progress and flag issues early.
Manage schedule transparency and maintain client communications during project milestones.
Enforce on-site safety standards; maintain OSHA compliance records across projects.
