Job summary

CSG Developers LLC is seeking a field-based Solar Project Construction Manager to serve as the on-the-ground construction anchor in Massachusetts, reporting to the construction team and coordinating with field subcontractors. The role is field-first, with 4–5 days in the field, requiring independent decision-making and proactive problem solving to keep multiple projects moving on schedule.

Qualifications

• Local to Massachusetts; field role across eastern MA & RI with occasional NH/CT
• Strong background in active construction management and schedule coordination
• Solid working knowledge of electrical work and coordination with electrical subcontractors
• Procore, Google Drive and Worksuite proficiency, with photo/document management
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily on-site presence across 3–6 commercial solar projects in MA/RI
• Coordinate with licensed subcontractors on scheduling, budget, and quality
• Conduct daily site walks; track progress and flag issues early
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment sequencing with procurement
• Drive punch list, commissioning, and participate in inspections/AHJ meetings
• Maintain clear job-site safety documentation and OSHA compliance
• Maintain proactive, two-way communication with internal team and customers
