DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Construction Performance Engineer to drive data-informed decisions across utility-scale solar construction projects. You will deliver actionable insights into productivity, cost, and schedule to enable field teams to proactively address risks and optimize execution on the jobsite.

You will join the Project Controls and Scheduling team, partnering with field construction teams to improve forecasting, reporting quality, and overall

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, project controls, scheduling, or management on industrial or energy projects.
• Proficient data analysis using Excel and related tools.
• Ability to interpret project data to inform decisions.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Analyze construction performance data to identify productivity trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and deliver real-time reporting and dashboards for installation progress and labor performance.
• Track labor productivity, installation rates, and costs across scopes to support decisions.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and data integrity for cost and performance visibility.
• Build forecasts and analytics to identify schedule, productivity, and cost risks.
• Apply Earned Value Management principles to evaluate cost and schedule performance.
