Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to work on large utility and commercial solar projects. As the Solar Equipment Operator, you will operate Skid Steer, Off Road Forklifts, and UTVs to move materials and support installation safely and efficiently.

You will maintain equipment, verify safety procedures, document maintenance and inspections, and mentor installation team members to enhance technical skills. This is a hands-on role in active solar construction across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Six months of solar experience and OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer, off-road forklifts, and UTVs on utility and solar sites.
• Maintain and inspect equipment daily to ensure uptime.
• Follow safety rules and keep work areas safe for the crew.
• Document maintenance and safety inspections as required.
• Mentor and train installation team members on procedures.
