B.H. Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a solar construction site in Fremont, Utah.

The role focuses on supporting project leadership with scheduling, field coordination, and documentation to keep the utility-scale build moving efficiently. With a compensation range of $95,000–$105,000 per year plus per diem, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive KPIs across safety, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in construction management, field coordination, or similar role.
• Proficiency with scheduling/estimating tools; MS Office/Google Workspace/Primavera preferred.
• Solar/utility or electrical infra experience strongly preferred; civil/construction ok.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Leadership in overseeing job site functions and 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Serve as central point of contact for field crews to optimize equipment movement.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, site records, hours, and client communications.
• Identify operational efficiencies to manage costs without compromising safety or quality.
• Support on-site problem solving by turning challenges into action plans.
