B.H. Inc. (BHI) in Utah seeks an Assistant Project Manager - Renewables to support our project management and field teams on utility-scale renewable construction projects in Milford, Utah.

You will help keep projects safe, profitable, and on schedule, collaborating with Safety, QA/QC, Logistics, and Construction teams to ensure quality execution, timely material deliveries, and robust project performance. Qualifications

• Experience in construction project support, documentation, and scheduling.
• Willingness and ability to accommodate heavy travel nationwide as required by project needs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-driven with high attention to detail and a commitment to job-site safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedule updates. Maintain an accurate 4-Week-Look-Ahead Schedule and assist with updating the Primavera schedule.
• Update and analyze the Performance Tracker to monitor profitability, optimize equipment utilization, and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate daily with Safety, QA/QC, Logistics, and Construction to ensure quality execution, timely material deliveries, and safe job sites.
• Interface directly with clients regarding project needs, assist with material ordering, and review/approve vendor invoices.
