Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to support a major solar construction project at the Milford, UT site. This site-based role emphasizes documentation, coordination, and on-site problem solving, with a competitive hourly pay and daily per diem.

The ideal candidate will have a construction or related engineering background, be comfortable with field conditions, and be available for a full-time schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or equivalent preferred.
• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Experience in a similar construction role is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Oracle Primavera; scheduling and estimating experience preferred.
• Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a team-oriented environment, performing both mental and physical labor, and working in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support field engineering activities on a solar construction site.
• Coordinate documentation and site logistics to ensure timely progress.
• Maintain site records, reports, and communication with project stakeholders.
• Work at the Milford, UT site on a regular, full-time basis.
