Job summary

Nokomis Energy, an Upper Midwest-based provider of clean energy solutions, seeks a Construction and Asset Manager to lead EPC oversight and asset management for 1MW to 20MW solar/storage projects across the region.

You will drive construction through commissioning, oversee operations and asset performance, and coordinate with EPC contractors, O&M providers, and internal teams in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Construction and/or Asset Management background is required.
• Solar-specific experience preferred.
• Self-sufficient operator with strong organizational skills.
• Clear, proactive communicator with good collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel approx. 12 site visits per year.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly meetings with external contractors.
• Own project schedule updates and milestone tracking.
• Maintain internal project documentation.
• Drive construction progress to meet milestones and budgets.
• Oversee asset management, O&M, and subscription contracts.
• Manage reporting, compliance, and communications per contract.
