Nokomis Energy in the Upper Midwest is seeking a Construction and Asset Manager to lead EPC oversight and asset management for 1MW to 20MW solar and storage projects across the region. You will coordinate with EPC contractors, O&M providers and internal teams to drive schedules, manage project documentation, track milestones and payments, and oversee asset management contracts.

Qualifikationen

• Construction and asset management experience in solar projects.
• Solar-specific experience is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with EPC contractors and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel ~12 site visits per year.

• Manage and lead EPC oversight and project scheduling.
• Maintain internal project documentation and reporting.
• Drive construction progress to milestones and ensure compliance and reporting.
• Oversee asset management, O&M and subscription contracts.
