Solar CDL Driver / Truck Operator

The position involves operating trucks as directed, adhering to all safety policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment based on project requirements
• Follow prescribed safety regulations
• Maintain housekeeping in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned areas
• Perform routine maintenance including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning
• Observe equipment operation to detect malfunction
• Follow work plans and pre-task cards
• Work effectively with and build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Related construction experience preferred
• Current driver’s license of proper classification with required endorsements
• Strong teamwork orientation
• Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
• Detail orientation
• Ability to maneuver equipment (levers, gears, pedals, steering)
• Ability to read and interpret documents (safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, load charts)
