Job summary

Harvest Solar is seeking motivated, full-time canvassers for a door-to-door role in the Dallas, TX area. This commission-only position offers uncapped earnings with top performers clearing $150K+. The office is in Garland, TX, and evenings/weekends may be required to hit goals.

Harvest Solar is looking for motivated, full-time canvassers to join our growing team. This is a high-opportunity, commission-only role ideal for individuals with door-to-door experience who thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

We're not looking for just anyonewere looking for outgoing, gritty, and self-starting sales professionals who know how to build trust at the door and close conversations with confidence.

What Youll Do

• Go door-to-door in assigned territories, generating leads and setting appointments with homeowners

• Educate homeowners on rising utility rates and the benefits of switching to solar

• Use your personality and pitch to spark interest, build rapport, and hand off warm leads to the closing team

• Log interactions and feedback to help refine sales strategy

What Were Looking For

• D2D experience strongly preferred solar experience is a huge plus, but not required

• Strong communication & people skills,Spanish fluency can bean advantage

• Valid drivers license + reliable transportation

Position Details:

• Office in Garland, TX must attend multiple times weekly

• Schedule: flexible, but results are not

• 1099 contract

• Performance-based, uncapped compensation: $150K+
