Job summary

Orlando Solar Bears is seeking energetic entertainment team members to interact with fans during games and community events.

You will assist with distributing promotional items, execute in-game promotions in the stands, and accompany appearances for meet-and-greets and suite visits. High school diploma required; dance experience and the ability to engage a large crowd are preferred. Must be able to stand and move for several hours.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and friendly demeanor essential.
• Experience engaging large crowds is a plus.
• Ability to remain upbeat and professional in a fast-paced arena environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk and run for 2-3 hours per game
• Ability to throw promotional items up to 5 pounds
