Job summary

Orlando Solar Bears in Orlando, FL is seeking promotional staff to engage fans during games and community events, and to help run promotions in-arena. You will assist with distributing promotional items and participating in in-game promotions in the stands, while accompanying Shades for meet-and-greets and suite visits.

We value an energetic, guest-service oriented team player who can stand for long periods and connect with fans of all ages. Dance experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Dance experience preferred.
• Experience engaging a large crowd preferred.
• Outgoing personality, energetic, guest service oriented.

• Ability to stand, walk and run for 2-3 hours per game
