Terra-Gen is seeking an Operations Supervisor for photovoltaic and battery storage facilities near Mojave, CA. You will lead the operations and maintenance teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive performance improvements while coordinating with the Site Manager.

Responsibilities include planning, supervising, and developing staff, managing contractors, and ensuring adherence to O&M contracts and company policies at multiple sites.
