Job summary

Wunder is seeking an analytical, technically grounded individual to join our Boulder-based Asset Management team. You will assess solar system performance, compare production data to weather-adjusted models, and work with implementation partners to diagnose and fix issues.

You’ll track revenue, manage lease escalations, and build reporting for our commercial customers as Wunder scales its nationwide solar deployments.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience or recent graduate with solid foundation in power systems or electrical engineering.
• Strong data-driven troubleshooting and hypothesis-testing ability.
• Clear written and oral communication skills for varied stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Compare live solar production to weather-adjusted models to identify underperformance.
• Diagnose issues using inverter and meter data; drive fixes with partners.
• Track revenue, process PPAs and lease escalations; build customer-facing reports.
