Job summary

Wunder Capital, based in Boulder, CO, invites an energetic Director of Accounting to scale our finance function across corporate and asset-level accounting for a portfolio of solar investments structured through SPVs. You will own the monthly close, financial reporting, and audits, while building scalable processes in a fast-growth setting.

• Experience spanning audit and financial services is preferred.
• Strong data handling and Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Oversee accounts payable and core accounting operations.
• Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Manage accounting across multiple SPVs and portfolio entities.
• Design scalable financial processes and controls.
