Job summary

Suncovia in Phoenix is seeking motivated Solar Appointment Setters to join our hybrid inside sales team. You will contact homeowners, qualify fresh solar leads, and schedule qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants, with a focus on high call volume (100 outbound calls per day) and goal-driven results.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone.
• Ability to make a minimum of 100 calls per day.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Solar experience is helpful but not required.
• Previous sales, customer service, call center, or appointment-setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify fresh solar leads.
• Schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants.
• Maintain accurate notes and lead information in company systems.
• Follow up with homeowners and nurture prospects.
• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
• Help contribute to team sales goals and performance metrics.
